Mk 6 for the Raven Guard, see if you can find out more about the armour choice.
Anon- In Deliverence Lost the Ravenguard get Mk6 armour delivered by The Imperial Fist Legion as a thank you for the work undertaken by the legion in the early stage development of that marque if armour hence the name for the Mk6 being The Corvus Suit
Why the particular pick of Mk VI for the Alpha Legion as well? I understand that someone would have had it, I'm just curious about why they chose to put it on a poster, when the Alpha Legion looks nicest with some silver pauldron trims that Corvus doesn't provide. Any fluff reason?
Wasn't the shoulder guard with the rounded off spikes supposed to be a remnant left over from the mk V armor? I thought they retained that as an honor to show who had fought against Horus, specifically on Terra? EX, Ultramarines would not have that shoulder guard and/ or armor.
It was my understanding that the mark V plate was supposed to be a bastardized version containing bits of all the current armours at the time. Don't remember where I read that though.
