I'm more concerned about Felinids. Curious how long it will take to see an entire cat girl IG army. :P
As someone else said, now we can run a Red Dwarf squad of IG. :)
People always mention the Felinids, thinking it refers to Feline which it does not. Homo sapiens hirsutus as is the species name. Hirsutus means hairy, so it could refer to humans covered in hair from top til toe. Kinda like those people with the werewolf cromosome defect making them grow hair all over their face and body.
They may be hairy, but Felinid is a direct reference to cat people. We're gonna see them one way or another.
Now I wish I hadn't gotten rid of/gave away with abandon, all my squat lead years ago. I do have the WD mech fig, I guess I can start building from there. I really hope GW supports the clamor for squat figures as I really don't want to see WFB dwarves with IG arms and weapons swapped, especially this current edition of dwarves which lack any subtle ability for conversion due the maniquinesque poses the head/torsos are cast in.
@ Stompa - There's always Mantic's Forge Father mini's from their Warpath line. They look pretty nice...
