Forge World New Contemptors for Alpha Legion and Word Bearers

Forge World just released Alpha Legion and Word Bearers Contemptor Dreads.

Merry Christmas from Forge World!

From Forge World:

Alpha Legion Contemptor Dreadnought

The Contemptor Dreadnoughts of the Legiones Astartes enabled the mortally injured warriors interred within them to continue to serve their Legions during the Great Crusade, and many fought at the forefront of some of the bloodiest and fiercest battles of the Horus Heresy. A large number were destroyed during those dark times, but some survived and are still in service in the Space Marine Chapters and Chaos Space Marine warbands of the 41st Millennium.

This Contemptor Dreadnought has been marked with the coiled hydras and chains of the Alpha Legion . It may be taken in Legiones Astartes armies in Horus Heresy games using the rules presented in The Horus Heresy Book One – Betrayal and The Horus Heresy Legiones Astartes: Crusade Army List.

Contemptor Dreadnoughts can also be taken as part of a Space Marines army in standard games of Warhammer 40,000, for which the rules can be found in Imperial Armour Volume Two – War Machines of the Adeptus Astartes, Second Edition or in a Chaos Space Marines army, for which rules can be found in Imperial Armour Volume Thirteen – War Machines of the Lost and the Damned.

The Alpha Legion Contemptor Dreadnought is a complete multi-part resin kit – weapon arms shown are not included and are available to purchase separately. This kit is available to order today for immediate dispatch.
