ugh, no thanks. I feel like customer service will suffer. I hope I can continue to order from FW or BL without the GW influence. I know they are the same company but the customer service feels very different.
I disagree completely Zab. Both as a customer now and as a former employee, GW's customer service has always been fantastic, it's one of the few that they don't flip flop on. Merging FW, BL and standard GW into one site will only be a good thing as it'll make reaching them and getting a response from them not only consistent, but also easier to achieve.
In fact their customer service is already a single entity. I recently order a book from BL and when it arrived damaged it was the generic GW customer e-mail address I dealt with and they were not only prompt, but also overly helpful and generous.
