I am a huge fan of Stargate, both the movie and TV show. The company I started, Propworx, actually handled the sale of the assets of Stargate for MGM. So I found it interesting that both Kromlech and Scibor have come out with head swaps for Space Marines that are very similar to the helms worn by the Horus and Anubis guards in Stargate.
From Kromlech, Stygian Nobles Head. And while three of them look like Thousand Sons heads, Two of them are clearly meant to be copies of Horus and Anubis helms from Stargate.
The Horus head on the lower left is almost an exact copy of the one from Stargate, slapped on a Space Marine helmet. The Anubis on the lower right, is almost identical as well.

ReplyDeleteI think those would make good Necron head swaps. You could even put them on Cadians with some green stuff work and do good Necron Warrior proxies.
