Where is Force Org now?
Courtesy of Oliver East on the Apocalypse 40k Facebook Group is an updated Force Org. Chart as well as Army Listings and an Index. Have a look and see the big picture of where the hobby is. :)
The game is a whole lot more complicated now!

When did the Force Org. chart turn into the Periodic Table?
ReplyDeleteNew elements were discovered whilst 'Forging the Narrative' :P
ReplyDelete"I know, how about we invite potential customer's to read an encyclopaedia sized library of books before they can play the game? That'll get'em through the doors!"
ReplyDeleteWell, maybe I am getting it wrong here, but Warhammer, at least where I come from is a very elitist hobby, it requires study of volumes etc. What I am saying is that if you are inclined to games of this complexity, you don't mind the reading, we nerds rarely do ;)
ReplyDeleteOn the potential army list, he missed the Iyanden supplement. He breaks out each of the other supplements, but not that one, and it's mentioned on the last image, the "Books needed" list as needed for Eldar.
ReplyDeleteI did not miss the Iyanden book from the Army Lists list, as it doesn't create a seperate entry on the Allies Matrix, or create a seperate army list.
ReplyDeleteAn Iyanden List is still treated as Codex: Eldar, and as such cannot ally with an Eldar Detachment.
This often causes some confusion, but ruleswise, that's how it goes.
Ah, true enough. I've not played Eldar, and so just assumed it would need to be listed. I apologize.
ReplyDeleteOliver, that is not correct. The iyaden is a supplement and treated differently.
ReplyDeleteI think waht Oliver said was true. The Iyanden List is still treated as Codex: Eldar, and as such cannot ally with an Eldar Detachment.
