The new White Dwarf and Warhammer Visions are out and here is a new review video.
Plus, there is a subscription to Warhammer Visions that costs $ 100 for 12 issues, a savings of $ 20 for a year's worth of the magazine.
Rob Baer over at Spikey Bits posted this. As always, Rob does great little reviews.

ReplyDeleteSeriously GW visions is so bad, I flicked through one in my local store and was like that's not for me, if I want to look at cool pix I just head over to www.coolminiornot.com and fill my boots.
There is a cool post on BOLS today about what WD should be and its all good http://www.belloflostsouls.net/2014/02/brent-so-if-i-ran-white-dwarf.html
GW just bring out the new IG codex already and stop with the Nidz and Dwarfs :)
Yeah just picked up Visions since it is the first issue of the new thing, as well as featuring the Tyranids, which is my son's favourite army. Usually I love looking at battle scenes and paint jobs and scenery etc, but with Visions I don't feel as if I got my $ worth. It just seems that throwing in a whole bunch of pics, some which have been used previously, is a very lazy way of producing a mag. I'll probably buy it again, but will suss out what's in it online first.
ReplyDeleteMade the mistake of purchasing the Warhammer:Visions today and can safely say I'm disappointed. All it is is a bunch of pictures (some reused). Won't buy again.
