The little blurbs we heard about this game months ago have finally turned into something altogether more tangible. Today we have an announcement trailer for the game that shows off something reminicient of Chaos Gate and XCom. I can't wait to see more!

ReplyDeleteThe Cards make is seem more like a "rip off" of that old PSP Metal Gear Solid game, (Ac!d?) that was turn based and had a similar card mechanic.
ReplyDeleteBut even if it is an "X-com ripoff", there are far worse games to ape than that.

Loved Chaos Gate but it always Bugged out and stopped working/killed my save half way through. This looks interesting.
ReplyDeleteIt's my understanding that there's a patch floating around for it on the web and that it runs well in DOS Box. Haven't tried myself, though.

ReplyDeleteOn the other hand.....how dose cards will work? you equip them before game...or as you play?
They haven't made that entirely clear yet, but presumably the same way they work in Metal Gear Acid game mentioned above.
