Iyanden Bundle Offer from GW is 24 Hours Only

Iyanden Ghost Warrior 1-Click Miniatures Collection available for 24 hours!
Games Workshop has released a special offer that is only available for 24 hours.  So if you want it, go here.  It costs a hefty $ 671.75 which is ZERO discount.  You would think GW would wise up and offer a discount when someone buys that much.

From Games Workshop:

Exclusively available from the webstore for only 24 hours, if you're already a fan of Craftworld Iyanden, or your head's been turned by the new Iyanden supplement, you're going to want to get your hands on this.

The Iyanden Ghost Warrior 1-click collection includes: 2 Eldar Wraithknights, 4 boxes of Eldar Wraithguard/Wraithblades, 2 Wraithlords; 2 Hemlock Wraithfighter/Crimson Hunters; and 1 Eldar Spiritseer.

These kits comes supplied unpainted and requires assembly - we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue, Citadel Super Glue and Citadel Paints.

The Iyanden Ghost Warrior 1-click collection is only available today, and will be taken off sale at 10am Thursday 20th June (EST for North America, BST for UK and Europe, and EST for Australia). So don't delay, this one will be a ghost soon enough!

For me, I get tired of seeing bundles that offer no discount except the time saved clicking a few items.  So after 24 hours you have to work about 60 seconds longer.

    1. I believe wraithguard are troops if you use the Iyanden supplement. Tho iirc a squads of ten with spirtseer used to be a troop choice in the old codex don't know about the new one.

    2. Spiritseer makes them troops no matter the unit size.

  2. To offer a collection with no discount and act like it's some kind of awesome deal is a new level of ridiculousness. There aren't words to describe it...

  3. If its not news worthy why repost it? I know you're trying to point out the ridiculousness, but in this case you're really just giving it more coverage. I don't know...

You're much better at promoting the things you're excited about so focus on that. Negative Loken is sort of a bum out.

  4. I wouldnt call it more coverage as opposed to a friendly consumer warning. Afterall Loken clearly mentions there is zero discount to be had here. Furthermore it's a useless set as it contains 4 heavy support choices. Even if this generates a small sales spike it is a marketing fail due to the badwill it is creating (based off of reactions on there various 40k blogs' comments).

  5. GW's marketing department is an absolute shambles, there's no other way to describe it.

  6. So lame. Can't have 2 Wraithlords and 2 Wraithknights in the same army. That is 4 heavy slots. Even if you make one your warlord, he does not become HQ, he is still a heavy choice. Lame, lame, lame.

  8. Most annoying part is that GW insists on emailing me about this stuff that a total waste of time.

  9. the point of these bundles isn't to offer a discount anyway, it's simply for ease of order

  12. I agree, negative liken is a bum out. HOWEVER the one click bundle`s contents are designed to be used with the iyanden codec which uses wraith guard as troop, wraith lords as elite and wraith knights as heavy, so yes you can do it.

I don`t know what's up loken but this silent grudge you have is a bummer and does not suit you.
