Puppets War has released two sets of shoulder pads that fit perfectly in any Horus Heresy army. Of course, they do not actually CALL them that. They call them Praetroian Shoulder Pads. You can also buy bigger versions for Terminators here.
I am a big fan of this style, especially for the Terminators. The new Cataphracti Terminators from Forge World have a more detailed version that is similar.
