Forgeworld has released updated Chaos Decimator Rules.
You can download the new rules here. And buy the Decimator on Forgeworld here.
Basically 165 points and you can replace the two claws with different weapons, including a Heavy Conversion Beamer. You can also assign the Decimator to a Chaos God for 15 points.
It also is legal for use in Warhammer 40,000.
