Photos of the new Dark Angel unit, the Deathwing Knights, basically uber-terminators, have popped up.
These have to be the nicest Terminators Games Workshop has ever produced, and I am going to be adding them to my Apocalypse force.

ReplyDeleteNice models; in game I'm not sure how well they'll do. They all seem to carry Power mauls (ap 4!), hopefully they'll have special rules.
ReplyDeleteDW knights cost 235 pts for 5 men squad and they can build up to 10 men...
ReplyDeleteThey all have +1WS on regular terminator stats while the sergenat has +1A too...
They have several Special rules including Inner Circle, DW Assault, you ccannot Hide, Fortress of Shields and Hammer of Wraths...
They all have a Mace of Absolution and a Storm Shield, while the sergeant has a Storm Shield and the Flail of the Unforgiven...
Their weapons are basically power maces (S+2 AP4) but one turn per game they can strike at S10 AP2 at the normal I...
It's not known what particular bonus grants the Flail...
They can buy as an option a Watcher in the Dark (included in the box) that carries the Perfidious Relic of the Old Legion (visually a Ancient Sword) but it's unknown the boost that this item gives to the unit...
